Shipping Returns and Refunds
Our products are delivered by DHL Express.
We process and ship our orders during main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT+1 (with the exception of Italian public holidays).
The procuts will be ready for dispatch only after the receipt of payment.
All shipments that are sent by alducadaosta.com are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please do not accept it and leave it to the courier.
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times vary according to the shipping country.
Customers who reside in countries that are not part of the European Union are exempt from VAT.
Countries that are part of the European Community:Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croazia, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Olanda, Polonia, Portogallo, Principato di Monaco, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, San Marino, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Ungheria.
TRACK ORDER STATUS
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from alducadaosta.com. The tracking number will be sent directly from the courier.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes and local taxes which vary according to the type and value of the goods.
The shipments for United States and Canada will be made in DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) . Duties are included in the amount of articles and no payment will be due to the forwarding agent upon receiving the package. Al Duca d'Aosta will not be charged for local taxes as sales taxes and VAT.
Orders from the rest of the world will be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Please, note that we don't issue FTA for South Korea.

At the moment we do not deliver to the following countries: Brazil, China, Russia.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is possible to return items purchased on emilioceccato.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
The products must be in the same condition they were received. They must not be damaged, have been worn or washed, and must have all the tags they had at the time of delivery unaltered.
The return will be paid by the customer.
Upon receipt of the package, after verifying the integrity of the garments, we will proceed with the refund with the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
